In 1956 Jack Conway opened his doors with a small real estate company in Massachusetts, with the purpose of serving its neighbors ably, fairly and honestly. Jack Conway created an environment for agents that felt like family. And strengthened the community that it called home. Our company was defined – and redefined – by these values. And these values continue to define us.
Since 2015, Conway topped the $1 billion mark in sales seven times, carrying on a tradition of excellence established in 1956. Led by CEO & Chairman of the Board Carol Conway Bulman, daughter of founder Jack Conway, we’ve grown steadily to 23 offices and more than 700 agents. Now, we continue to make strides in the real estate world.

In 2021 we created our state of the art, award winning headquarters building in Hanover, serving as a place that our staff and agents can work and grow. We have all the services you need.
