Jack Conway has hired Nancy Lamothe as the company’s new Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position was created and carefully chosen to help the continued expansion of the Jack Conway brand through quality and impactful hiring.
“Here we grow again!” said Jack Conway CEO/Chairman Carol Conway Bulman. “I’m thrilled to welcome Nancy to our team, and the role is a perfect fit.”
Lamothe has been a Realtor with Jack Conway since 2014 in the company’s Mansfield office and reached Superstar status in only a few short years. It’s that meteoric rise in sales production and her own personal growth with the Jack Conway brand that the company is looking to share.
“We think Realtors will want to hear Nancy’s compelling story of personal and professional growth,” said Bulman. “She is creative, professional and enthusiastic, and is genuine about the strong support she has received with Jack Conway, making her message important and special.”
Conway Country has expanded in 2023 and continues to grow through new and experienced agent hires and acquisitions, and now, is adding this new role to help reach more agents looking to advance their real estate careers.
Raised in Oklahoma and relocated to Massachusetts 30 years ago, Lamothe now resides in Attleboro with her husband and four children. With years of real estate experience, Lamothe understands what agents seek in a brokerage.
“I’m excited to join the team in this new role and eager to share my experience as an agent,” said Lamothe. “Jack Conway provided me with so much opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, and I want to share those advantages with other agents to encourage them to join the Conway family.”
In her new role, Lamothe will help spread Jack Conway’s story and resources to potential agents.
“Jack Conway offers a unique opportunity for a real estate agent to grow through a high level of support, training and appreciation,” said Bulman. “We are proud of what our team of 800 agents, staff and core service members have accomplished serving many buyers and sellers of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.”
