Jack Conway agents recently returned from the 2023 Trip to the Sun in Cancun, Mexico. This is an annual incentive for Superstar agents that meet an extensive list of qualifications. This year, trip attendees stayed at the IBEROSTAR Cancun resort. Between the agents, their guests, and company leadership, a total of 67 people traveled to Cancun for the trip,
Agents have one year to meet the necessary requirements to earn an invitation to the trip. To qualify for the trip, agents had to reach a set individual earnings level. They also had to reach a set number of qualified outbound relocation referrals, including rentals, and insurance referrals generated by the agent.
Jack Conway’s leadership notified the agents that they qualified for the trip with a gift sent in the mail including a Jack Conway travel bag and branded sunglasses.
Guests enjoyed the five-day, four-night, all-expenses-paid vacation at the IBEROSTAR, a luxurious 5-star all-inclusive complex located on one of the finest beaches in Cancun, Mexico. Before the trip, company leadership sent out an itinerary that included a combination of organized group activities as well as personal time to explore the resort.
The resort had many options to keep guests busy, from visiting the spa, relaxing by the beach or pool, booking their own excursion, or enjoying a round of golf on the 18-hole championship golf course. Some nights, guests went to dinner on their own, or in groups. Jack Conway’s mortgage company, Conway Financial Services, sponsored two dinners for everyone on the trip.
